We machine custom enclosures from Aluminum (6061/7075), Stainless Steel, and Brass, paired with specialized surface treatments like Electroless Nickel Plating and Conductive Chromate Conversion (Chem Film), ensuring optimal conductivity and maximum EMI/RFI attenuation for sensitive measurement electronics.

To guarantee IP-rated liquid/gas sealing and precise sensor positioning, we maintain tight tolerances down to ±0.0005” (±0.012 mm) for seal grooves, critical internal threads, and probe housings. Every sealing surface is verified for concentricity and fine surface finish (Ra 0.8 μm or smoother).

We process corrosion-resistant alloys including 316L Stainless Steel, Titanium (Grade 5), Inconel, and Monel, as well as high-performance engineering plastics like PTFE (Teflon), PEEK, Delrin/POM, and PVDF designed to withstand aggressive chemicals, high pressures, and extreme temperature fluctuations.
